Our firm is based in Los Angeles, California. For the past 44 years, Stuart J. Faber has vigorously fought for the rights of husbands and fathers who find themselves victimized by women whose goal, as many women often state, is to take the guy for everything he has and to deprive him from the love, companionship and devotion to which he is entitled from his children - and equally important, to which his children are legally entitled.

Our goal is to serve as your advocate in your efforts to emerge financially and emotionally intact from a relationship gone badly - or, as is the case in many instances, one which never should have formed from the beginning. We fight to deter the efforts of unscrupulous lawyers who represent wives and view the husband as a blank check for themselves. We fight to convince judges that men and women should be treated equally. Men have equal rights to their children. Women have an equal obligation to support the children and themselves.

Most important - fathers, whether they are married to the mother or not - deserve equal time with the kids. In a growing number of cases, courts and child psychologists are coming to the conclusion that kids are better off with dad as the primary parent. And we contend that the primary right to time with the kids is the kid's rights-often ignored (unless we bring it to their attention) by the courts.
